FAQs

The things people ask before they start.

Who is this for?
Whoever runs CRM, retention, lifecycle or email day to day, and the marketing or commercial leader they report to. If you've got a platform, a database and regular sends, but suspect you should be getting more from them, it's for you. If you're still choosing a platform, it's too early.

How long does it take?
Around five minutes. Eight scored questions, three quick ones about you and your business, and an optional box at the end.

What will I receive?
Your CRM Priority Score (your level on the five-point CRMM scale), the capability your answers point to fixing first and why, a first step for each of the six capabilities, and a personalised PDF of the whole result that you can share with your manager.

What happens after I submit my details?
Your result appears on screen the moment you finish, and an email follows with a permanent link to your results page and the PDF. Over the following week or so you'll get a few short emails from Kate about the capability you've been told to fix first, and she may get in touch personally. You can unsubscribe at any time. Your answers are used to build your result and the follow-up emails, and aren't published or shared with anyone else.

How accurate is the result?
It's indicative, built from your own answers. Every question asks about what your team does today rather than how you feel about it, which keeps it honest, but self-reported answers still tend to run a little optimistic. Treat it as a well-informed starting point, not a verdict.

Is it free?
Yes. There's nothing to pay for the check, the result or the PDF. If you'd like your result checked against your own data rather than your answers, there's one paid option explained at the end of your results page.

Is this a self-rating quiz?
No. Each question gives you a set of statements describing how organisations actually work, and you pick the one closest to yours. Questions focus on observable practices, not opinion.

Still weighing it up? The fastest way to know whether it's worth your time is to take it.
